#1: Wake up at 7 for a morning workout -or actually I could say that I work out to wake up. What a perfect beginning of a day to take only 20 min training consisting of 1000 jumps with a jumping rope and then concentrate only on 1 muscle group for strength training. Today I did the abs.
#2: Then take a shower, have a good breakfast, go over the news -both global and the personal ones on facebook -and check my mail. I actually made my lunch also this morning where I was too tired yesterday.
#3: Go to work down town. Work and one meeting. Get to know that I will have a business trip to Ukraine soon.
#4: Go back home, prepare the training stuff for the afternoon and then bike to the family’s house in Muminvalley. Welcome “my” boys coming home from school and make mexican lasagna for dinner.
#5: Bike to the tube station, go to Stockholms School of Economics to sneak into a lecture in Execution of a Business Idea.
#6 Take the tube again and now to go for a swim training were I got a personal trainer to help me out.
#7: Come home around 22:30 and prepare for the 3 meetings I have tomorrow morning.
Yes, I’m deadly tired. And it feels awesome. Tomorrow it will be even better with similar schedule but 3 meetings instead of 1; and 10K run instead of the strength training; and lecture in Negotiation instead of Execution; and no personal swim training but with Stockholm’s Triathlon Club.
