If you fail to prepare..

You know this. If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.

So today have been all about preparation.

The Intrapreneurship work-shop is as good as fully scheduled for 11-12 hours every day. I want to be 110% alert and able to give 120% in. That means that I will probably be totally exhausted when I get home in the evening, but still I need to find time to work out and be sure that I’m eating right.

So I have made a solid plan for coming week so I only need to plug and play and will be able to concentrate 100% on the work-shop.

I have prepared meals (lunch and dinner) for every day of coming week and put into boxes in the freezer. Then I can just take 2 meal-boxes with me in the morning + 2 fruits when I head out. Those meal-boxes consists of chicken salad, red-curry Thai chicken with vegetables and rice, sushi and salad with white lenses.

I have as well prepared clothes for every day. They lay now on my chair in right order from Monday to Friday. I only have to iron the shirts and buy new black heels and it’s perfect.

I will only have 6 work-outs this week (instead of 9) because of this tight schedule and 4 of them will be during the week (Thursday will be a day off where we will head abroad very early in the morning). The work-outs will be at 5:30 in the morning so “Hi Rise and Shine at 5:10!”.

Additional to have everything ready here at home I have finally booked a time at a dentist in week 34 as well as gotten a time at naprapat to take a look at my back problems.

Last, but defiantly not least, I have booked a time in end of October with a professional photographer (4 hours session of “me and my ego”-time) to keep myself on my diet-toes. Because even though my condition come all from the trainings, the appearance come 80% from the diet. I will not give anything less than my best in that area. It is a commitment.
And what do I want to get out of this photography-thing? This. –>
(I know. HUGE pressure!)
