Okey. Actually his name was not Charlie but I can’t possibly recall his name. I just met him while swimming tonight. I was pausing between my last 3x100m and he found it necessary to explain to me why he was using a snorkling-mask while swimming. His shoulder was injured, he told me frankly. Reasonable enough.
That was such an ice-braker so before I could even blink an eye he had offered me to come over to his house for chocolate tasting (he runs a company that imports chocolate). And when I told him (yes, straight forward me) that I was not so big fan of dark chocolate and I were not eating any sugar now at all.. he stated that he had as well ice-cream machine if that would make any difference?!
It seems that the world likes to test my resistance, will-power and discipline right away. How likely is that to meet randomly someone who says he has tons of chocolate and ice-cream at his place – and is happy to get me over to eat it!?
Well, I made it through the first day.
Showed up on my 2 workout sessions, plus I walked ca. 5 km and biked ca. 8 km. I ate pure as well and I feel good.
Those first days and weeks will all be about forming good habits and getting them into routine.
